I've not shopped with Happy Happy Horses before, how do I know I can trust your Company?

Happy Happy Horses is a trading subsidiary of Happy Happy Sue Ltd. We have been trading for four years. We own two websites, an Amazon store and an ebay store with over 22,000 positive feedbacks from ebay customers. We are a team of five people and pride ourselves on our customer service. I don't understand the different model horse scales, how do I know how big each horse is?

  • 1:9 Scale is approximately 22cm high. This scale is used for all Breyer Traditional Horses and accessories
  • 1:12 Scale is approximately 15cm high. This scale is used for all Breyer Classics Horses and accessories
  • 1:24 Scale is approximately 10cm high. This scale is used for all Schleich horses and accessories
  • 1:32 Scale is approximately 7.5cm high. This scale is used for all Breyer Stablemates Horses and accessories

Do you have a catalogue you can send to me?

Yes. We stock the following catalogues;

When will I receive my parcel?

We will post your parcel within 24 hours of your purchase where possible. If we are unable to post your parcel within 48 hours of your purchase, we will email you to advise of this.

Why are some items and accessories missing from the Breyer range?

Breyer products are tested by accredited testing labs to ensure compliance with the safety guidelines of State and Federal Regulatory Agencies in conjunction with Toy Safety and the Consumer Product Safety Commissions of the United States, as well as all relevant European Union Directives and Standards.

Safety is a top priority for Breyer and who remain vigilant in enforcing the quality and safety of their products. Some Breyer items can not be imported into the European Union because they do not reach the required safety criteria to obtain the CE mark. This is why you will sometimes see Breyer models and accessories for sale in the USA which are not available in the UK.
