The quickest way to place an order is to add each item you require to the on-line basket and then proceed to our secure on-line checkout. You will receive a confirmation email once the order has been paid for and a dispatch email once the order has been dispatched.
Yes. You need to phone our order-line: 0117 909 4896. At peak times, if all our customer service staff are dealing with other customers, you can leave a message and a member of staff will phone you back.
We aim to keep our postage as low as possible. Our mainland UK postage starts at only ?1.95 and we offer FREE POSTAGE for orders over ?30. The secure on-line checkout will calculate your postage for you. You can see all our postage rates on our Delivery and Returns website page.
Yes. We ship to selected European Countries. These are listed on our Delivery and Returns website page with the shipping cost. Please note, we do not ship to Australia, Canada or the USA.
If you order before noon Monday-Friday we will dispatch your order the same day. Please allow five working days for your order to arrive. Your order may be delivered in several parcels as we have more than one warehouse.
Please contact your local Royal Mail sorting office to see if they are holding the parcel for you as they often do not leave ‘while you were out’ cards. Please also check to see if a neighbour has accepted delivery of a parcel on your behalf. It is very rare for one of our parcels to be lost in transit.
Your order may be delivered in more than one parcel. Please check the paperwork in the parcel carefully to see if this is the case. We have a 99.8% accurate packing rate. In the unlikely event that there is an item listed on the paperwork that is not in the parcel, please email info@happyhappysue.com and quote your order number.
In the unlikely event you receive an item that is faulty please contact our customer services department, by email within 30 days of purchase and we will arrange a replacement – info@happyhappysue.com
We offer a ‘No Quibble’ refund policy. We will happily refund items bought in error within 28 days of the purchase date. All we ask is that the items are returned in their original unopened packaging in a resalable condition, with a copy of your invoice. The return address will be shown on the paperwork in the parcel.
New ranges are released by our Suppliers throughout the year. You are welcome to pre-order and reserve new and/or rare items in advance. These items are indicated by the phrase AVAILABLE TO PRE-ORDER. Please check the item information carefully for the estimated dispatch date of these items. We will dispatch pre-order items as soon as they arrive into stock. If your order consists of standard items and pre-order items, your order will be held until the pre-order items are ready for dispatch.
Yes. You need to subscribe to our mailing list on the right-hand side of our website. We send information emails about sales and discounts, new stock arriving, rare and discontinued items and special offers. We will not send you emails more frequently than every two weeks. You can unsubscribe at any time and we do not share your data with any other companies or organisations.
